Gold Coast Digital Growth Agency 'Claxon' hits the launch button for YONDA®
GOLD COAST online travel start-up YONDA has launched its digital growth strategy accross Australia and New Zealand beginning with a focus on database aquisition. Partnering with digital growth agency Claxon, the holiday platform aims to generate 50,000 new subscribers to its 'holiday club' platform within the first six months.
"Our focus is to softly introduce people to our brand and a new concept with our free level with the intention of upgrading these members over time into our fully-paid month 'premium' subscription tiers" said YONDA Founder and CEO, Jon Tarrant.
"And what better way to aceheive that than with a holiday giveaway", he added, the company launching a $10,000 consumer promotion enticing users to register for a free 'GO YONDA' level of membership. Five lucky people winning a $2,000 travel voucher to use with YONDA.
The campaign has launched with a significant marketing spend accros all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Spotify.
YONDA has held off from a hard launch of its platiform since it started in early 2020 due to uncertainties surrounding the COVID pandemic. But with travel retrictions lifted, state-boarders reopened and some potential international travel bubbles looking promising, the company believes it is well positioned to introduce a new concept of travel and holiday dioscounts to the Australian and New Zealand market.
YONDA aims to disrupt the travel industry with an Uber-like interface and customer service portal where subscription-based memberships with access to the best deals start for as little as a cup of coffee a week.
